Any of the above fabricated components can be made to your specific requirements quick and efficiently.
Mandrel Built Rubber Sleeves
These sleeves consist of a seamless rubber tube produced with a smooth seamless inner surface and bandage-finished outer cover.
A full range of Mandrel-Built Rubber Sleeves ranging from 1¼” up to 24” diameter and 1/8” to 1” wall thickness are available from stock in a variety of materials including Para and White Food Quality Natural and Neoprene. Other rubber compounds are available on request.
Hand Fabricated Rubber Sleeves
Hand-Fabricated Sleeves are produced from rubber sheet material and are manufactured with either a butt or overlap joint. Each sleeve can be produced to any given dimensions in the following materials which are White Food Quality Rubbers that are FDA Approved:
- Neoprene
- Natural
- EPDM
- Silicone
- Redline
- Nitrile
Flanges can also be incorporated into the design.
Moulded Convoluted Sleeves and Bellows
Supplied in either FDA approved Food Quality Natural or Neoprene Rubbers, along with red Natural rubber directly from stock. Sizes start from 4” up to 10” diameter at 2” intervals. Other materials available to order include EPDM and Silicone.
We also have tooling to produce a range of single convoluted Silicone Rubber Bellows - in sizes 3”, 4”, 6”, 8” and 10” see drawing No: JF 1000.
High Frequency Welded Polyurethane
As with fabricated rubber sleeves, any shape and design can be achieved with high frequency welded polyurethane in clear and opaque PU.
Stitched (sewn) Connectors
Any design of flexible connector including sleeves, double-flanged, conical and offset connectors are available in a variety of materials including Polyurethane coated nylon, PVC polyester, Needlefelt, Rubber proofed nylons, cottons and various glasscloths.
