The introduction of commissioning trials for a new line created an urgent need for a non-standard silicone seal on a ‘must-have-now’ basis. J-Flex was called in to produce Black Silicone Rubber 40° Shore units with an ultra precise 6.3mm thickness. The sales team received the request at 10am one Wednesday morning and quoted within minutes. The Customer confirmed the order within two hours whereby J-Flex designed, manufactured and shipped the product the self-same day. By 10am the next morning our customer had successfully installed the seals to enable the trials to continue.

A Process Technician for the bottling plant was a relieved and highly delighted customer. "Since we introduced J-Flex as a supplier their service has been incredible," he enthused. "They are now supplying us with a wide number of custom-made rubber mouldings, seals and components that are essential to keep our high volume production lines rolling."
